Suddenly Having Vision Problems....

The last time I saw the retinologist, he tolld me that I was to come and see him if I suddenly had any vision problems.  Guess what?  I suddenly am having rather severe vision problems and I have to close the suspect eye in order to see clearly.

When it hit, it was sudden and very scary.  My whole field of vision went haywire and I thought I was going to pass out from all the confusion it caused.  I know I have to call him tomorrow and get in as soon as I can.  It may mean surgery on the eye.  Guess he had some idea of what might happen to me.  I hate to have to tell the Beast about this in the morning.  It means that, for a while, I have to depend on him to drive me wherever I need to go.  I hate that.  Unless this straightens out by morning (and it could with some decent sleep), I am not looking forward to what this may mean.  I will call the doctor, regardless, because this was scary.  It's already starting to straighten out a bit and I can open my eye and see almost normally.  Say a little prayer for me, please.  I hate the idea of surgery on my eye but will do whatever I need to do in order to save my sight.

Other things happened here today, including the Beast picking up Chewlee to take pictures.  I thought he was nuts when I discovered he took her down by the river and took the pictures outside when it was just 27 degrees out, not counting the wind chill.  But he didn't stay out long, thankfully and Chewlee was in a good mood, regardless.

She came back here with him so she got a bit of pampering and that made her happy.  I took her home and dropped off some pictures to the Princess that the Beast had sent along.  On my way home, you won't believe what I ended up behind!  Two propane trucks!  And then one pulled up in back of me.  With the propane shortage, I hoped they were headed to areas where they were sorely needed.  I have never seen three propane trucks at one time before.....ever!

Love you all.  I have to close.  I need to get my butt to bed.  Stay warm and don't drive in bad weather unless it is an absolute necessity!  ***Hugs***
