Monday...Veterans Day

Monday Mustachio spent at Tara's house....for a while anyway.  When he got back here a few hours later, he had much to say about the improvements she had made, including the nice family room that she converted from the garage.  She never used it anyway and this was really great for them.  I know it looked wonderful at Christmas with the way she had it decorated.

Then Mustachio took a tour through Dennis' house.  He looked at it from the standpoint of having to install cable in the house and said Dennis would hate what would have to be done because of the way it's constructed.  It's well constructed but he should have included the cable for such things as TV's, computers and telephone services.  I didn't understand some of what he was telling me but he said that Dennis' house was what they call a *wrap* house because he sprayed foam in the spaces between the siding and the drywall.

He did get to see the *safe room* there that will be used if there is danger of a tornado in the area.  He was glad there was room for Baron, too.  He likes Baron and wouldn't want him hurt any more than we would.

I did find out that he got some decent sleep while he was here.  He actually slept for 5 hours in a row, which is amazing since he has only been able to sleep for 2 hours at his apartment.  Maybe it was just because he wasn't alone here.  Who knows?

I hope everyone had a nice Veterans Day and you took time to remember all the dead and wounded veterans.  They gave a lot for us and helping to keep us and others free from tyranny.  Love you all and I hope you have a fantastic week!  ***Hugs***
