As I mentioned before, on Saturday, we were under a lot of possible tornadoes because of the same storm that was headed our way. I stayed up all night to make sure that we weren't in danger from a possible tornado and I could wake the Beast and get over to the shelter at Dennis'.
Our area developed lower temperatures and caused the storm to veer away from us. That happened around four in the morning but the weatherman said it was still possible because the storm was so forceful. Just as I was finally able to relax, who shows up but the Princess and the kids. Of course, they were here because the Beast's aunt had sent the Princess a couple rings and a watch that is a family heirloom. His aunt is 86 or 87 and she wanted someone that was young and healthy in the family to have them.
Her own daughter is older than the Beast and never had any children. When the Beast suggested the Princess since she was very family oriented and she has children she can pass the things to when they are old enough, she was happy that she (the Princess) was a good person. She remembered the Princess from when she lived near us when we lived in Margate and we saw her often. When her daughter and the husband moved to Oregon (I think that's where they moved), she sold her home and moved near her because she was alone (her husband had died) and she was close to her daughter. She also had become close to the Beast and has kept in contact with him via emails. She had the Beast's phone number and occasionally would call him to see how HE was doing.
He was surprised when she called and wanted suggestions on who he thought they should go to. From what she said, he thought the Princess was the perfect person. So she sent it here so the Beast could tell her who it came from and why she wanted her to have it. After it came, the Beast called her and told her what was here for her and who it came from. The Princess didn't stay too long because she found the jewelry and I had told her I was up all night because of the possibility of a tornado forming. So the cute little Gunner gave me a hug and a I gave him a kiss on his cheek.
I really love that kid. He is almost always a happy kid and is very loving. I got a hug from my darling Chewlee who just loves the Jewelry box I gave her for Christmas. Sheepie gave her a bunch of earrings for her pierced ears and SHE was happy I gave that to Chewlee so she had a place to put them. It's a musical box and came with Tinkerbell on top and also had a Wendy so she could change it if she wanted. I thought it was adorable and perfect for a 9 year old. It's her first jewelry box. I hope she keeps it for a long time.
When they left, I finally got to sleep and I slept all day and most of the night. I did wake up to use the bathroom twice that I remember and fell asleep easily afterward. That is why I didn't blog on Sunday. I was just totally exhausted. The Princess knew that I hadn't been feeling well so that was why she wanted to leave so fast.....just in case. It's the reason I only kissed Gunner on his cheek.
However, remember when I said I was positively going to read all the information on each of my medications? Well, I think....due to the duration and symptoms...that I have developed side effects from two of my medications. It explained the different symptoms that I have had. I plan on trying to see my doctor tomorrow. I hope there is something he can do to see if I really am allergic to medications that I have been using for some time. I'm pretty sure that is a possibility and I may have to have those medications changed.
I will let you all know what the doctor says and whether or not I could be suffering side effects from both medications. It's past my bedtime and I am tired so I will say good night to all OR I wish you a great day, depending on when you are reading this. Love you all and thanks for reading about my boring life. ***Hugs***
