Computer Problems Are A Pain !

Today I suffered from a bunch of computer problems.  I ended up having to do complete scans TWICE!  It was a real pain in the butt trying to track down what the problem or problems were.  I emptied my caches on both Firefox and IE, even though I seldom use IE.  I ran my virus program.  I still had problems.  I couldn't get some programs to load.  Others would freeze on me.  Trust me, I was both flummoxed and pissed off.  My Yahoo Messenger was not finding an internet connection even though when I checked it, the computer kept saying I was connected.

Getting onto this site was impossible.  It kept saying it was loading but it didn't, no matter how long I allowed it to load.  Can you imagine how frustrating that was?  I finally said the hell with it and shut down my computer completely.  I fell asleep for a couple hours then got up to start the whole process again....I thought.  Lo and behold!  It seems to be corrected now.  It couldn't be that simple as shutting down my computer completely.....could it?  Somehow I doubt it but I will count my blessings for as long as it lasts.

That was pretty much my day.  The weather was fantastic....again and then it changed and got ugly.  It rained...hard part of the time then just a steady rain.  It was enough that Baron wasn't interested in going out in it before his bedtime.  And then it was just a drizzle.  It caused our satellite TV connection to go out a couple times but not during the game, thankfully.  The Beast was disappointed that the Broncos had such a poor showing as well as losing the game.  He said he was shocked at how fast the Seattle team was.  They just ran circles around the Broncos.  Oh well.  It's really just a game, folks.  Someone wins, someone loses.  It's not life or death like it was in Rome centuries ago.

Tomorrow it's going to be a bit cooler and overcast.  It's going to seem very nasty.  I know from previous days like it.  Especially since the humidity will be high.  Yukky!  Oh well.  Even we get some bad weather here, just not in the way other areas of the country are suffering with snow instead of rain.

Love you all.  Stay warm and dry and drive carefully.  ***Hugs***
