Computer Problems And Worry About The Beast.....

I have no idea why but I am suddenly having problems with my computer.  First it started warning me that I had better back up my drive or lose it all because problems had been detected with my hard drive.  I did a full scan on it (with repair) and then a Norton anti-virus scan.  Nothing was detected.   But the problems I am having are weird.  

If I am on a site, it will suddenly disappear.  If I am playing a game, it will opt out of it right in the middle of play.  I was trying to read my email and that disappeared.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The Beast accidentally touched his eye this evening and the eye went totally black.  I mean he lost the sight in it.  It scared him to death.  He went to bed immediately and hopes that the eye recovers tomorrow.  If not, it's off to the doctor he goes ASAP!  If he recovers, the next time it happens, he goes to the doctor regardless.  I have no idea what is going on but that is scary!

What is truly scary is the fact that he might end up dependent on ME again.  I've been there and it's not fun with him when he is helpless.  He is a rotten patient and would be worse if he was not able to drive.  He loves his independence.  I don't blame him.  I love being able to take myself places I want to go, too.  But if I suddenly have to take him everywhere......no, no, no.......he would become the TOTAL Beast again and that would not bode well for either of us.  Especially now with his new religious ties.  That would never do.

So say a little prayer for him, please.  He is afraid of being blind or nearly so.  His right eye is the one that gives him depth perception, I believe.  He's already a scary driver.  I know him and he would never stop driving until he killed himself or someone else.  So prayers are appreciated.  TYVM!

It was cold last night (right around freezing) and my room never really warmed up.  Even Baron tried sneaking up on the bed last night.  He loves the bedspread....LOL.  But I have it really warm now so it should last through whatever the night holds.  Plus I have socks on my feet and my warmest pair of jammies on.
