Shopping Day....

The Beast decided it was shopping day today, which meant he went out to buy stuff like bread, some more TV dinners for the freezer, lots of meats that went right into the freezer (no more food poisoning like he now fears...LOL) and some boxed dinner helpers.  I would kill for a good pork roast made Hawaiian style but he just said..*Have you priced a decent pork roast lately?*  I know they are expensive (what meat isn't?) but we can get several meals out of one so what's his  problem?  To him, a pork roast is only for making pulled pork, which I can do without.  He would make it every week if he could.  I thank God that he doesn't though.

I helped put everything away with just a bit of bantering about his choices (joking, mostly).  My feet were really bothering me today (the neuropathy gets better and worse as it pleases).  I wish my medication for it worked better.

I told you my toe has healed, right?  Finally!  Now I really, really make sure I have either slippers or shoes on my feet so there are no further problems.  The doctor said not to have shoes (or slippers) that allow my feet to slide back and forth.  Duh!  Like I couldn't figure that out myself.  That's how heel blisters form, too and I really HATE those.  I haven't had any for years but I remember how they hurt.  Not for me, tyvm!

I should have done some wash today but I just couldn't get up the energy for it.  I'll take care of that tomorrow.  I want to visit at the Princess' for a bit if I can, too.  I need a baby fix...LOL!

The weather started off fairly cool but warmed up considerably this afternoon.  Got some bad news about Dennis today.  He's got blood in his urine so he's headed to the urologist again.  He was just checked about a week and a half ago but, since he is operating on one kidney now (the other kidney was cancerous and removed), it can't be ignored.  It might be his medication but it has to be checked out.

Love you all.  I wish you a fantastic weekend.  ***Hugs***
