...that I seem to have recovered well enough to actually have both an appetite and no further symptoms. I knew you would love hearing that!
I was almost...almost afraid to let the Beast make me anything until he told me what he was making for US. Notice that he said US...and I checked. The chicken patty was from frozen stock we have in the freezer, the bread was fresh and so was the tomato on it. After two days of eating almost nothing, it tasted just wonderful.
I finally got around to attempting to cleaning up the mess I had made on the carpet in my computer room as well as cleaning all the other stuff that had been affected (meaning clothing, towels, etc.) When I say I was sick, I mean I was SICK!
I put the wash thru a washing cycle twice due to my own concerns about it possibly having an odor, which is dumb, I know, but it's not like it hurt anything. I also used hot water to make sure if there was any kind of *germ* involved that I killed it's sorry little ass! LOL!
I am still treating myself tenderly to make sure I am fully recovered before I get any more active, although I do have a couple things I would like to do tomorrow that involves leaving the house. I finally put together my meds for the week and realized that I am missing a couple of the OTC things I take regularly (like my probiotic for my IBS and my allergy medication). I can't trust the Beast to get what I want exactly since both have several types and he thinks he remembers because he hates to pull out a list if there are people around or to ask the pharmacist if he can't locate it. It's a man thing from what I have learned over the years.
Anyway, I hope I feel even better tomorrow than I do tonight so there will be no problems with my plans. I hope you are all having good weather and are not in any of the areas affected by all the tornadoes tonight. I am saying a special prayer for everyone in those areas that they and their loved ones are protected by God's mercy and Angel's wings.
Love you all. Have a great Hump Day and stay safe. ***Hugs***
